Started her culinary journey toughing on the apron strings of her grandmother Ruby who taught her how to create exceptional food. At the ripe age of 12 Crystal decided to create a full four course meal for her mother while at work... Remembering the lessons from grandma Ruby, she did it with great ease and without burning down the house. She continued on by graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where she received an associate degree in the culinary arts. While always striving for culinary excellence she has worked with a number of culinary professionals. She believes in using only the freshest, seasonal, local and finest ingredients and takes great pride in high standard of flavor and elegant presentations.
